Your facility is remarkable. We felt like we were legitimately learning how to fly an aircraft. We all enjoyed the ability to interact during the flight simulation as well with the radios. You went above and beyond what I expected with all of the pictures you took for us, and you even put together a YouTube video! What a great way to remember our experience and share the event with others.

CHARLES SCWAB My office went here for a team building event and had a blast. From the moment you walk in, you're off on your adventure. They are very professional and the flight decor gets you in flying mode. "Sparky" was really great and patient with us. The instructions were thorough yet quick (4 years training in 20 minutes!). Help from Air Traffic Control was invaluable. In the beginning we were firing off our missiles too early and he walked us through how to lock 'em in. I had 6 kills, 2nd in my group! My landings were not so good though. My group was made up of 1/2 guys/girls. Everyone had a blast so you could do this place on a date night or with any group. It doesn't matter. Anyone who likes to have a good time will really enjoy this experience. And you walk away having a renewed appreciation for those in the armed forces who risk their lives for us everyday to protect our freedom.

ADP I feel the event we had with your organization was a very positive experience for my team, in fact we are still talking about it.  It was a great way for us to get out of the day to day business we run and it put us in an environment that allowed us to have "fun".  Attending Flightdeck presented no restrictions to individual participation, all could participate ... it was not geared to those that are more active than others, or better at a sport than the next person or difficult for any one individual to participate in.  We experienced a friendly atmosphere that allowed us to create some friendly competition between the team and helped in developing a stronger working relationship by allowing each other to see our peers in a different light.  Not to mention it gave us all a perspective of what a real pilot has to be prepared handle within their job.

MATTELL I just wanted to say thank you again for being such wonderful hosts yesterday.  After all the planning it was such a relief to have so many hands to take care of the onsite logistics.  I really didn't have to do anything - I felt really guilty about that.  But I sure appreciated it.  Thanks to you all, the day went effortlessly.  You really took care of us. I'm sure you'll have more Mattel folks coming your way.  We have other groups within our building for whom your site would be perfect for inspiration. Thank you again!

OC EMPLOYEES ASSOC. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Flightdeck. We talked about our experience during the following Monday staff meeting. Our management was happily surprised to hear that we all felt it was a meaningful team building experience.

None of us had ever experienced that kind of adventure before and many were surprised that not only was it a fun team building exercise, but the experience also promoted personal challenges, such as overcoming certain fears.

In the past taking pictures would have not had much value to most of us on our team building days, but since Flightdeck is a unique experience, allowing us to borrow your camera was very much appreciated and the pictures will always bring back fond memories of this experience.

 Your entire staff was very kind and helpful to us all, and that was a big plus for many hesitant flyers too.
