FAQs & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

DO I NEED ANY EXPERIENCE?

No experience is necessary. We teach & train you. 

 

DO I NEED A RESERVATION?

Reservations aren’t required but highly recommended.

 

CANCELATION POLICY

We need to be notified at least 48 hours before your booked time for you to receive a refund.

Group Event bookings require a 5 day notice for canceling.

 

AGE & HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Age: 10 

Minimum Height: 4’ 10” (we measure)

Maximum Waist & Hips: 45” (again, we measure)

NOTE: Kids who don't meet the minimum requirements may sit on someone's lap

 

ARRIVAL TIME

Pease arrive 15 minutes before your session start time.

Fighter Jet: If you miss more than 5 minutes of the classroom who won’t be able to fly and will not receive a refund. 

Racing: Same thing. 5 or more minutes late.. see above.

Boeing 737: The amount of time you’re late will be deducted from your flight duration.

 

WHAT TO WEAR

Light, comfortable clothing is recommended. Sandals are allowed but might make using the rudder pedals or gas and brake pedals a bit more difficult.

 

CAN NON-PARTICIPANTS WATCH?

Yes, there is an observation area for the fighter jets, the racing and the Boeing 737.

 

WHAT AIRPORT ARE YOU AT SINCE I DON”T KNOW OF ANY AIRPORTS IN ANAHEIM?

No kidding, we’ve been asked this question a number of times.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Vouchers are transferable but not non-refundable. All vouchers are valid for 5 years from date of issue. Follow instructions on the voucher for redeeming.
